We are doing a co-lab with The Cider Collective!
Join us for the ultimate 1-day Cider course that teaches you everything you need to know to make sensational Cider then we head off to Good George Brewery to try some delicious cider!

This one we are running from Auckland but we will look to do other regions by request and with minimum group numbers of 8 people.

    • Cider making equipment options for 10 litre to 100 litre batch sizes
    • Cider apple selection and blending
    • Sugar, pH, Titratable acidity, Tannin and Sulphite
    • Natural Antioxidants in apple juice
    • Milling and pressing – juice extraction
    • Fermentation with wild yeasts or commercial yeasts
    • Racking and Bottling
    • Cider evaluation and problem solving
    • Different Cider styles
    • Developing your own personalised Cider making plan
